We're doing our own little four person group and that includes weigh-ins and measurements, also photos of progress.
I'll share mine here for the sake of maybe helping others, and maybe for additional support/feedback.
Today (Sunday July 22, 2018) I weighed in at 515.2 pounds.
Waist was 69 inches.
I am six foot three inches tall.
