Weight Loss Blog Entry - First weigh-in

Me, my wife, my mom, and my sister have begun Weight Watchers together.

We're doing our own little four person group and that includes weigh-ins and measurements, also photos of progress.

I'll share mine here for the sake of maybe helping others, and maybe for additional support/feedback.

Today (Sunday July 22, 2018)  I weighed in at 515.2 pounds.

Waist was 69 inches.

I am six foot three inches tall.

Gonna add today's photos also.

Quick Life Updates

Joined Weight Watchers because I weigh over 500 pounds and that sucks.
Wish me luck if you're reading this :-)
Messed up a ligament in my leg last Sunday, couldn't walk at all Monday.
Getting stronger every day.
Not recommended to mess with one's ligaments.
In other words "don't try this at home kiddies!"
